🎙️ Who Gets to Design the City?

A TY-CO conversation initiated by ABR, in collaboration with Netcast Zone’s Good Girls podcast (episode 88), shared here with English subtitles.

Cities are usually described as sources of stress and isolation. In this episode of the Good Girls podcast, the team of OPU Collective puts that story under the microscope and talks about "urban positivity": the idea that the urban environment can become a living field of wellbeing, collectivity and creative expression.

OPU Collective are also our partners on the TY-CO Community Kitchen. We are sharing the conversation as part of TY-CO (Typologies of Community). The original is in Greek; this version has English subtitles.

What the conversation covers

Challenging the idea of the city as only a source of anxiety and alienation, and what urban positivity could mean in practice.
The role of Laou Laou in a new urban culture, how we reconnect with public space, and how small, real communities are built inside the concrete.
